Just wanted to share these two seperately. I felt they looked better as a pair. I love the light flare. The rays almost mimic the crowns different tones of color.

Since I’m on a black and white kick I figured this would be the perfect time to re-insert this style post that many people enjoyed. Although this was around the holiday season this fringe ombre dress from Pixie Market is a great transitional piece to wear during spring. All of the festival inspiration that used to include fringe has grown tired but I love the full length of the fringe and how much fun it is to walk around in. It’s almost like the dress has movement of its own.

One thing I definitely don’t miss is are my yellow tinted ends. A word to the wiser of us. Never use Manic Panic Banana Yellow unless you want it to literally hold onto your hair for dear life. My tint stayed in for literally almost an entire year and near the end of that… I was not a happy camper. Stick with hair chalking and colors that fade. Yellow is yellow for a reason. It’s dangerous.

Lately I’ve been going through a serious minimalist phase. I never thought the one color I would be most obsessed with is black’s total opposite. I always had a secret dread of owning too many white things because I can be quite careless about marking things up or spilling things on myself. Now I am proud to say because of this phase I have been a lot more anal retentive about being aware of the fact that I’m wearing white.. and at this point I don’t think there is any turning back.

I also want to mention that metal details and all metal jewelry are a serious favorite of mine. I already showcased this cuff before but even the small gold turnlock on this white bag from Nastygal adds another minimal element that I really enjoy. Not to mention it is overall more versatile than jewelry that has massive pops of color or specific stones.

My Top Three White Picks:

  • Essie in Blanc
  • Large silver cuff
  • White reptile print turnlock purse

I find myself intermixing these 3 specific items for often than anything else in my closet. At least for the past few months.

What are some of the most versatile pieces in your fashion aresenal?
